Hardware Request or Upgrade

Normandale Community College provides a computer equipment for all faculty and staff for their office, classroom, and other spaces. 

To request a laptop, please submit the Laptop Allocation and Request Form.

To request any of the peripherals or equipment below, please use the Request Hardware button on the right. Normandale provides the following equipment to faculty and staff:

  • Monitors: the standard is to provide 1 or 2 monitors to employees. Monitors can be requested both for campus offices and telework, which is limited to a single monitor. 
  • Dock: each laptop user will have a dock in their office that allows them to connect their laptop to the monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc in the office.
  • Keyboard and Mouse: keyboard and mouse are provided to all faculty and staff. Both wired and wireless are available.
  • Speakers and Webcams are available upon request.
  • Headsets are provided to all faculty and staff. We have 2-ear and 1-ear wired headsets as well as 2-year wireless headsets.
  • Desk phones are available by request.
  • Doc Cameras are available by request.
  • Additional peripherals, cables, and requests may be available. Just ask!
